  • Patch testing for Irritation/ Allergic reactions

    We do recommend you patch test all new products that you purchase. To do an allergy patch test, simply apply a small amount of the product to a small area of your arm.  There should be no other products on the skin so that you can properly test this product. Wait around 48 hours to see if you have a reaction.

  • My Body Butter arrived melted , can I still use it? 

Yes  it's perfectly fine, sometimes melting happens during transport depending on the temperature. 

    • Let it sit in the fridge for about 1-3 hours . your butter should return to its consistency . You may also use a hand mixer to fix the texture if need be .
  • What products are vegan?

All of our products are vegan except for our lip balms since they contain beeswax. 

  • Where can I apply my Body Butter ? 
You can apply it to all parts of your body its your preference. We formulated the butter so that it is non-comedogenic meaning that it will not clog your pores so it is safe to apply onto your face if you wish.
  • Is your soap Eco-Friendly?
Yes! Our soap was formulated to be eco -friendly and vegan. We do not use palm oil in our soap since , palm oil has been and continues to be a major driver of deforestation . The production of palm oil has affected most biodiverse forests and destroyed the habitat of already endangered species. 
  • What do your products treat

  • When will I receive my package?

    Give us about 1-3 to process your order . Postal transit time usually takes 3-5 days with First-Class Domestic Shipping. COVID-19 has impacted the USPS system, please be aware of shipping delay. You should receive your order within 14 days . 

  • Can I return my item?
 Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns. Feel free to contact us at        our email Balancedcosmeticsbrand@gmail.com so we can help you. 
  • What shipping materials do you use?
    Our packaging is 100% recycled content and/or 100% recyclable or biodegradable! We use recyclable paper bubble wrap and  biodegradable tape to seal our boxes. We use recyclable/reusable cardboard boxes and kraft mailers for all orders . Our Business and thank you cards are also made of recycled paper. 
  • How do I track my package ​

After placing your order you will receive an email with tracking information.
